Epic Global Solutions has extended its successful collaboration with Kaizen Gaming, entering a second year of partnership. Following a highly productive initial year, as described by Dave Sproson, Head of Delivery at Epic Global Solutions, Kaizen Gaming is expanding its commitment to responsible gaming practices. This renewed partnership will encompass enhanced training programs, workshops, consulting services, and broader initiatives for teams worldwide. Epic’s support will include needs assessments, strategic guidance on safer gaming, interactive training sessions, and comprehensive evaluation reports. The expansion of the program reflects Kaizen Gaming’s dedication to improving its safer gaming initiatives, with training now extending to teams across Europe and those managing the Betano brand in Brazil. Grigoria Artsanou, Kaizen Gaming’s senior learning and development specialist, highlighted the invaluable practical insights gained from the collaboration, leading to a significantly improved understanding of responsible gambling.
Concurrently, Epic Global Solutions has forged a new partnership with the Global Institute of Sports (GIS). This collaboration aims to elevate professional development within the sports industry and foster positive global change. Building on their successful joint projects, including the 2023 Gambling Harm Prevention in Sport Summit held at GIS’s Wembley Stadium facilities, Epic will leverage its expertise to educate GIS students and professionals. A key focus of this partnership will be strategically important markets such as the United States and the rapidly expanding global football industry.
The effectiveness of Epic’s responsible gaming training is demonstrably impactful. Following training sessions conducted jointly with William Hill, a remarkable 96% of participants reported increased confidence in identifying and accessing resources for gambling-related concerns.
John Millington, SVP Programmes and Delivery at Epic Global Solutions, emphasized the shared global ambitions of both Epic and GIS, particularly within key operating and growth markets, including the United States and the football sector.
