AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service (AGCS) has achieved a significant milestone, having recovered over $74.3 million for online casino players since its inception in 2009. This success is built upon handling more than 90,000 submitted complaints across six languages, with over 23,000 cases successfully resolved.
The AGCS offers a structured platform for players to report issues, most commonly concerning payment processing, account access, bonus disputes, and software malfunctions. The service’s effectiveness is demonstrably improving. The first quarter of 2025 alone saw $2.59 million returned to users—nearly 40% of the total recovered in 2024. Daily recovery rates have surged by 53.8%, reaching an average of $28,947.66 per day, a substantial increase from the $18,826 daily average recorded in the previous year.
One notable recent achievement involved the recovery of $110,000 for a single player, representing one of the AGCS’s largest individual successes to date.
Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead at AskGamblers, commented on this progress: “In 2009, we identified a significant problem: many players faced difficulties withdrawing funds from online casinos. Since then, the AGCS has been dedicated to resolving these issues for players. Our recent recovery of $110,000 showcases the exceptional work of our team, who are committed to providing a focused and user-friendly service.” Pavlovic further noted that the previous year saw a 28.57% increase in complaints compared to the year before, with the AGCS team achieving a daily average recovery of $18,000 across all languages and programs.
In 2024, the AGCS processed over 10,000 complaints, boasting a 68% resolution rate. A significant portion of these—over 6,000 cases—involved delayed or unpaid winnings.
